• Taxes: 12.42% (5% Luxury Tax + 7.42% Service Tax) will be levied as applicable.
• Reservation deemed as guaranteed only up to 1800 hours on day of arrival (in the absence of arrival details).
• Guaranteed reservations may be cancelled up to 48 hours prior to arrival, without retention charges.
• One night retention charge is liable on no-shows (who does not check-in on the day of arrival).
• Check In/Check Out 12 Noon.
• Payment mode will be cash and credit card only.
• Extra Bed will be provided @ INR 1000 plus applicable taxes.
• Extra child will be @ INR 800 per night plus applicable taxes (5 to 12 years).

• The above tariff is inclusive of buffet breakfast at our coffee shop.
